Dave Detter is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Redwoods Consulting Group, where he partners with SaaS companies, nonprofits, SMBs, and leaders at every level to build healthy organizations and effective leadership systems. With over 40 years of leadership experience, Dave has trained and managed teams, developed leaders, and led complex initiatives across diverse environments. For the past nine years, he has guided organizations through strategic growth, leadership development, and execution challenges.
Dave holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Strategic Leadership and maintains multiple certifications in leadership development and assessment tools. His work focuses on organizational health, corporate and leadership strategy, executive coaching, manager training, and company-wide surveys—helping leaders align people, strategy and execution for lasting impact.
